On 10 December 2026, Human Rights Day, New Europeans will hold its General Assembly online, bringing together our network from across Europe.
Human Rights Day marks the anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted on 10 December 1948. It is a fitting moment to reaffirm what unites us: a common European home as a safe haven for freedom and democracy, where all who have the right to be here also have the right to belong.
The Assembly will bring together New Europeans UK, the New European People’s Forum and the Defending Democracy Global Initiative to review the year’s work and set our priorities for 2027.
The General Assembly is open to Friends of New Europeans.
To take part, register by emailing roger.casale@neweuropeans.net by 3 December 2026, and we will send you the link to join.
