Dr Roxana Barbulescu is is University Academic Fellow in new Migrations in UK and Europe at the University of Leeds, UK. She is the founder of Commission on Diversity in the North , Co-director of Migration News and sits on the editorial board of Investment Migration Working Papers where she is Deputy-Editor and a Country Expert for EUDO Citizenship Observatory, hosted by the Robert Schuman Centre of Advanced Studies, Florence. Roxana is a Board Member of New Europeans UK.
Brendan Donnelly has been Director of the Federal Trust since January 2003. He is a former Member of the European Parliament (1994 to 1999). He was educated at Oxford, where he obtained a double first in classics, and later worked in the Foreign Office, the European Parliament and the European Commission. He is the author of “On the Edge: Britain and Europe” (jointly with Hugh Dykes; 2012) and numerous articles on the European Union, on Britain’s place in the European Union and on federalism.
Sue Ferns is Deputy General Secretary of Prospect. Sue's responsibilities in Prospect include leading the union's work on equal opportunities, campaigning and communications, and on science, engineering and sustainability. Sue has been a member of the TUC General Council since 2005, Deputy Chair of the Women’s Committee and a TUC Aid trustee. She has been an active member of the Trade Union Sustainable Development Advisory Committee since its inception, and is the General Council's lead on environment and sustainability. She is also at trustee of the Science Council. and Chair of Unions 21.

He is an Associate Academic Fellow of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He is the Founder and Director of Britain in Europe and the Director of Knowing Our Rights.
Professor Theodora Kostakopolou is professor of European Union Law, European Integration and Public Policy at Warwick University. Formerly, she was Jean Monnet Professor in European Law and European Integration and Co-director of the Institute of Law, Economy and Global Governance at the University of Manchester (2005-2011) and Professor of European Union Law and Director of the Centre for European Law at the University of Southampton (2011-2012).
Mark Lazarowicz is an advocate at the Scottish bar. He was Labour MP for Edinburgh North & Leith from 2001 – 2015. He chairs the ‘EU Citizens Rights Project – Scotland’, bringing together migrants’ organisations, NGOs including New Europeans Scotland, and volunteers working to provide information and support for EU27 nationals in Scotland.
Jacqueline Minor is a retired official of the European Commission and served as Head of its UK Representation from 2013-2017. She continues to follow the Brexit debate closely and is a member of New Europeans
Tony Simpson joined the Bertrand Russell Peace Foundation in 1980, working on its European Nuclear Disarmament (END) campaign. He edits The Spokesman, the journal of the Russell Foundation, and serves as a director of the Foundation and is a Board Member of the Bertrand Russell Society. Following the Brexit referendum in the UK, Tony started a European Citizens’ Initiative, which seeks to uphold European citizenship, including for those in the UK who wish to retain it.
Dr Ruvi Ziegler is Associate Professor in International Refugee Law at the University of Reading, School of Law, where he is Director of the Global LLM programmes in Human Rights, International Law, and Advanced Legal Studies. He is Chair of New Europeans Association Ltd (New Europeans UK)
