On June 25th, A Buon Diritto launched a new edition of its Report on the State of Rights in Italy.
The Report is an online platform which monitors the state of rights in Italy as for LGBTIQI+ rights, right to housing, disability, women freedom and self-determination, physical and mental health, environment, freedom of expression, asylum, migration and integration, health and work rights.
A Buon Diritto started the project in 2014 and has been updating the Report since.
On the occasion of the launch of this year’s Report the website has been completely renewed, and so has the Report with new chapters, data and illustrations, a timeline and stories of past and present human rights and civil liberties defenders.
The Report is the result of the collaboration between sixteen researchers, two data collection assistants, a graphic designer, two webmasters and the editorial staff of A Buon Diritto. T
The idea of the Report is that knowing your rights and the way your government is implementing them is an essential instrument of freedom.
