Membership and development officer (internship)
Zayn graduated with a Bachelor degree in Philosophy from the University of York in 2015, and a Masters in Conflict Studies and Human Rights from Utrecht University in 2016.
While at York, he spent two years as the regional coordinator for Link Community Development International, where he ran their fundraising event ‘Hitch’.
During his time at Utrecht he spent three months conducting in depth research on the sectarianism facing the Ahmadiyya Community as a part of his thesis.
In 2017, after spending three months with Restless Development in Tanzania, he joined the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organisation in Brussels, advocating for the rights of marginalised and persecuted communities throughout the world.
