Samia has been involved with New Europeans since 2014 . She leads for New Europeans on the monitoring work we are doing for European Parliament President Antonio Tajani on the situation of EU citizens in the UK and British citizens in the EU.
She was a member of the Board for three years before stepping down at the end of her mandate to lead the BestBrexit4EU project for New Europeans in partnership with European Citizens Action Service.
The project consults EU citizens and UK citizens living in the EU in on 5 Brexit scenarios for EU citizens including the scenario in which Britain does not leave the EU.

Samia led the Vote Denied campaign for New Europeans after the European election and the EU citizens franchise campaign during the European Referendum Bill.
Samia has 10 years experience with Citizens Advice running , designing and participating in campaigns to improve policy and practice both in the public and private sector.
Throughout her career, Samia has worked closely with government officials and politicians. Her strength in communication has directly contributed to her ability to build and maintain various networks and work effectively and confidently with key national and international stakeholders.
She currently works as an independent social policy analyst and consultant.
